Winnacott Kats Junior Football Club Constitution

Winnacott Kats is a non-for-profit organisation, run by volunteers for the benefit of our young members. The organisation is registered with ASIC, trading as Winnacott Kats Junior Football Club Inc.

The Club is registered with the Western Australian Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. To comply with this registration, the Club must operate under a constitution.

The Constitution provides guidance to the Committee and members on how to administer the organisation. This document is reviewed and updated by the Committee from time to time.
